1) Where are you based, and how many years have you been in business?

Ricca Sposa is based in Ukraine, and we have been in business for over 13 years. We started in 2011 with a passion for creating beautiful bridal and eveningwear, and since then, we have grown to be a leading name in the industry and have representation in over 55 countries

2) Tell us about your background that led you to become a bridal and eveningwear designer?

My passion for bridal and eveningwear grew from my desire to create garments that reflect a woman's individuality and elegance. 

The journey of our brand began 13 years ago with a dream. 

Despite tirelessly searching through countless wedding gowns, I couldn’t find the perfect dress for my big day. I was dreaming about something truly special and unique. It was then that I made the decision to establish my own production and create a brand that would be unrivaled in its elegance and sophistication. 

The brand was an instant success within Ukraine, and after being presented at international bridal shows, Ricca Sposa rapidly became a beloved global brand.

Creating each dress for me is like chasing a new dream, someone’s dream, a dress which will be the one for the bride.

3) Describe the overall look of your brand?

Ricca Sposa epitomizes elegance and inclusivity with its stylish silhouettes and exquisite hand embroidery. 

We focus on creating luxurious, meticulously crafted gowns that reflect modern trends while maintaining a classic appeal. Our designs often incorporate intricate lace, delicate embroidery, and high-quality fabrics to create an overall look that is both glamorous and refined. 

Our mission is to fulfill the dreams of every bride, regardless of body type, skin color, individual preferences, age, or budget, so that she feels confident, special, and unparalleled on her most important day.

4) What is your brand known for?

Ricca Sposa is known for its exquisite craftsmanship and attention to detail. We specialize in creating unique and elegant bridal and evening gowns that highlight the individuality of each bride. Our brand is synonymous with luxury, high-quality materials, and innovative designs that set us apart in the bridal fashion industry. We pride ourselves on our ability to create timeless pieces that reflect the personality and style of our clients.

5) How many lines do you produce, and where are they made?

We produce three main lines: Ricca Sposa COUTURE, Ricca Sposa ATELIER, and LOVE by Ricca Sposa. Each line is carefully crafted in our production in Ukraine, where we combine traditional techniques with modern innovations to create stunning pieces. Our production process emphasizes quality and precision, ensuring that every gown meets the high standards we are known for.

6) How many countries do you sell to?

We are proud to have a global presence, selling our collections in over 55 countries including USA , China, Italy. Germany ….  Our extensive network of retailers and partners allows us to reach brides worldwide, bringing the elegance and luxury of Ricca Sposa to international markets.

7) How do you fare during this war? Do you run into issues?

The ongoing war in Ukraine has presented significant challenges for us and the entire country. Despite the difficult circumstances, our team remains committed to continuing our work and supporting each other. 

In 2022, during the war, we reorganized our production and supported the families of all employees and fulfilled all obligations to its customers in an extremely challenging time for the country. Additionally, we started providing humanitarian aid to residents of its region and donating a percentage of profits to help our army.

Our focus is on maintaining the quality and integrity of our brand while contributing to the community and supporting those affected by the war.

8) Tell us about the new luxury line you are working on for the US market.

We’re working on a new high-end designer bridal collection that will be perfect for the most luxury boutiques in the USA.

What’s Special About This Collection:

Exclusive Designs: Each gown will be one-of-a-kind, designed exclusively for a select number of top-tier bridal boutiques. We want to offer brides something truly unique and extraordinary. We're using the finest fabrics from the best suppliers worldwide.

Our talented artisans will spend countless hours on each gown, adding intricate hand embroidery, beading, and lacework.

To keep the collection exclusive, we’re offering it to only a few select bridal salons across the USA.

This will be a high-end, costly collection, designed to fill the gap in the market for truly luxurious, unique bridal gowns. It's something that luxury boutiques have been missing and will provide an unparalleled offering to your most discerning brides.

9) What will the price points be for retail?

Our new luxury line will be competitively priced, offering a range of options to accommodate different budgets. Retail prices will start at approximately $4500 and go up to $9000, depending on the complexity and customization of the design. We are committed to providing exceptional value and quality at every price point, ensuring that brides can find the perfect gown that meets their needs and preferences.

10) Where are you showing in NY this October? 

We are thrilled to be showcasing our latest collections at Melange de Blanc in New York from October 8-10. We are excited to present our new designs and look forward to engaging with potential partners and clients who share our passion for elegance and luxury in bridal fashion.
