The word “Esperanza” means “hope” in Spanish, which perfectly reflects our mission. Our strength lies in our deep understanding of the bridal industry, as well as our expertise in brand strategy and market positioning. We focus on developing a unique brand identity for each designer, creating a strong narrative around their designs, and ensuring that the brand resonates with the target audience. Through tailored marketing strategies, we amplify the brand’s visibility, driving awareness and sales
6) Usually when a designer thinks they need a salesperson they don’t realize they need more, describe how you can help them.
When a designer thinks they need a salesperson, they often overlook the bigger picture. I work with designers from start to finish, ensuring they have the right foundation in place for success. The first step is creating a detailed merchandising plan, which I consider a blueprint for their next collection. This plan incorporates key elements like trends, silhouettes, fabrication, and pricing, ensuring that the designs are aligned with current market demands and buyer expectations. Once the merchandising plan is set, the design process begins, and I guide designers through fabric selections, fit adjustments, and pricing strategies.
Since many of the designers I work with are international, it’s crucial to help them understand what U.S. buyers are looking for and how to meet those specific market needs. By working through this detailed, methodical process, designers have a clear roadmap that maximizes their chances for success in the competitive bridal market.
7) What type of bridal salons do you have relationships with?
I work with a wide range of bridal salons, from high-end luxury boutiques to mid-tier and emerging bridal shops. My network spans globally, including both established and newer salons, allowing me to provide a variety of options for our clients based on their brand and target market. Each salon I work with is carefully chosen to align with the designer’s vision and market positioning.
8) Do you handle eveningwear as well?
Yes, in addition to bridal wear, we also specialize in eveningwear. We help designers in both the bridal and eveningwear sectors to build their brands, grow their market presence, and connect with the right retailers. Our strategies are adaptable to cater to the unique needs of both bridal and eveningwear designers.
9) Do you only focus on a certain price points?
While I primarily work with designers across a range of price points, the services I provide are tailored to the specific needs of the brand. We work with designers in both the luxury and mid-range segments, adapting our approach to ensure the brand is positioned correctly within its target market and is accessible to the right customers.
10) What is the bridal customer looking for today?
Today’s bridal customer is looking for unique, personalized experiences. They want to feel special and connected to the story behind the design. While traditional elements still have a place, many brides are looking for something modern, fresh, and reflective of their personal style. There is also an increasing desire for sustainability and ethical fashion, with many brides prioritizing designers who sharethese values. Brands need to be adaptive and attuned to these changing customer expectations.
