TREND REPORT FALL 2023

It was an exhilarating New York City October market, the capital of the luxury bridal industry #NYLBFW. Designers, retailers, and media were back with veracity, making up for lost time from the past few years. Many traveling from all around the globe to show, see what’s new and to buy.

Although I saw many beautiful reinvented traditional and effortless glamourous looks, I want to point out the new directions for the brides who are fashion conscious for the coming season.

The trends are:

Capes-Dramatic regal and royal.

Asymmetry-One shoulder, one sleeve and asymmetric necklines.

Cut Out Corsets-Edgy that are graphic.

Natural Elements -Organic manipulation of fabrics that are inspired by ragged rocks, waves, and earth.

Veiled and Lace corsets- Sets a romantic tone.

Crystal Chandelier -Opulent looks of jewels swagging on front of bodices, dripping down the back and on arms.

After Party -Very sexy, dramatic looks that are still the center of attention.
