The three entities are working to provide New Yorkers in need WITH FACE MASKS. Acclaimed solo violinist and founder of Music Kitchen - Food for the Soul, which brings top classical music artists in concert in homeless shelters free of charge, has partnered with internationally celebrated fashion designer Kosibah and the editorial staff of World Bride Magazine to create this initiative to outfit both consumers and homeless individuals with face masks during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Ines Di Santo pivots from Couture Bridal Gowns to Hospital Gowns
Ines Di Santo and Veronica Di Santo and their team having been working 20 hour days to sew PPE gowns for local hospitals in Toronto. It has been an emotional moment for the Mother-Daughter duo that have been making Couture Bridal gowns for nearly 30 years. Veronica has been working closely with the nurses and doctors to design prototypes that meet the specifications required for essential healthcare workers. The team is honored to be part of this much needed solution and will continue to make gowns to meet the demands of their local hospitals.

KELLY FAETANINI MAKES AND DONATES MASKS
Kelly Faetanini and team are repurposing garment bags to create protective masks for healthcare workers. The team is also consulting their gown and fabric suppliers for additional PPE donations. 1500 surgical masks and 900 N95 masks and face shields are on their way to the team, who will then donate them to local New York and New Jersey hospitals. In addition, Faetanini is working to connect local hospitals with PPE manufacturers directly.

COVID-19 Call to action New York State is running out of isolation gowns and scrubs. They have two key elements they are trying to source to help fill this shortage.
1. Fabric (breathable, pre-shrunk cotton)
2. Manufacturing capacity (that can be used to sew the fabric into gowns - we will have design/tech packs in the next 2 -3 days.

Our heroic doctors, nurses and hospital staff are putting their lives on the line to save ours, but NYC hospitals are dangerously short on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
We (The Dessy Group - an apparel manufacturer in NYC) plan to immediately import protective masks and gowns for the selfless healthcare workers in NYC. Our trusted factory partners in Asia have responded to our plea for assistance in sourcing and manufacturing KN95 masks and isolation gowns. This PPE gear will be donated to local healthcare workers and hospitals.

PRONOVIAS GROUP SUPPORTS ENGAGED HOSPITAL STAFF AROUND THE WORLD
The company donates wedding dresses to brides-to-be fighting the global COVID-19 pandemic worldwide
Pronovias Group, is donating wedding dresses to hospital-employed brides-to-be working on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The group started this program in China at the beginning of this year and has already provided many engaged Chinese nurses and doctors with beautiful wedding gowns. They are now extending their effort to multiple countries worldwide.
In line with their commitment to dress the dreams of stylish brides around the world, Pronovias Group will offer wedding dresses to all betrothed hospital employees, from doctors and nurses to janitors and cafeteria staff. The company initiative aims to celebrate their extraordinary and selfless dedication to the fight against this global pandemic.
Pronovias Group Artistic Director Alessandra Rinaudo curated “THE HEROES COLLECTION” for this important occasion, selecting a wide variety of beautiful, unique wedding dresses especially for these brides. She described these workers as “soldiers, unrelenting in their battle to heal the sick.” She continued: “it is an honor to show my support and raise awareness for all of these women doing their best to overcome this pandemic. Love will conquer all.”
Pronovias CEO Amandine Ohayon emphasized how “grateful [we are] for these heroines in hospitals around the world putting their own life at risk to save others´ lives relentlessly.” She added, “Donating our wedding dresses to wonderful women is the least we can do to bring happiness and joy to their wedding day, making them look and feel their best.”
Using the slogan #LoveConquersAll, Pronovias Group wants to share a message of love and selflessness in these times of uncertainty and distress, hoping that, before long, brides will again be able to celebrate their love.
All hospital-employed brides-to-be who assisted in this crisis are eligible for a free gown until August 31, 2020. THE HEROES COLLECTION will be available exclusively in flagship stores.
